Our Working Process – How We Work For Our Customers
Yarn Selection
Choose cotton, silk, or blended yarn based on saree type.
Dyeing
Yarn is dyed using natural or synthetic dyes, then dried and treated.
Weaving
Manually operate the loom to interlace warp and weft; patterns and borders are woven in.
Finishing
Wash, dry, starch, iron, and add optional decorative work (zari, embroidery).
Packaging
Fold and package the saree, often in eco-friendly wrapping.
